Stantis, are you now having second thoughts about being a member of the Trump Party?

Don’t feel comfortable with all the other Trump Disciples?

Not really sure about the Treason, the massive corruption, the attacks on the press and on checks and balances?

I think it may be because the tolerant ones are generally pretty intolerant to those openly supporting Trump.

I don’t really care what you call yourself, as long as you move off your vapid both-sides-are-bad-ism.

There are a lot of Republicans who repudiate the hijacking of the party by the Religious Reich and the MAGAts. I saw nothing to choose between The Chump and the Wicked Witch of the East in 2016, voted for Johnson, as Carmen did. There are a very few competent Democrats running this time, but the frontrunners are well past their expiration dates. The youngest Democratic candidate seems to be the best of the bunch. Most might best serve their party and their constituents by qualifying and running for the Senate seats held by the increasingly unpopular GOP ostriches.

Pretty sure that Mr. Stantis has not been a Republican since the election. He seems to be more along the line of a Libertarian or maybe becoming a centrist Democrat??? :)

I think that Stantis has traditionally been a Republican supporter is that he is identifies as a Libertarian. My problem with Libertarianism is that it relies on ethics and honesty to succeed and we know that these are qualities in short supply among those that would aspire to lead us. If taken to the extreme, Libertarianism leads to either anarchy, plutocracy or oligarchy. Probably an amalgam of the latter two for those of means and the former for the rest of society.

While Jon Stewart is a liberal, he had no problem slagging both sides on his show. I believe Stantis does the same, from what I’ve read, while being a conservative(?). I’m assuming that from other comments, by the way.

Being a Liberal, Moderate Conservative with manic depressive tendencies, I am able to circumvent the nonsense posted here.

Great! I don’t care what party Carmen is, now I’m stuck in the middle with, “Is it worse to ask questions that are nonna yer business, or to slide out from under answering?” Shazbat!

I think I am the only moderate Republican left alive. I shudder for our world.
