Humans are clan people. It will always be “Us against them” regardless of who constitutes “Them” for with out “Them” there can be no “Us” at which point we are truly lost.
I wonder why alleged Christians are so anxious to preserve graven images in the first place. Aren’t they against their holy book? And isn’t any infraction of their Book a deep sin?
In this corner is the current champion, Silly Season. And in the opposite corner is the challenger, Kyrie Eleison. At the sound of the bell, continue fighting. And may our constitutional republic win.
From some of the comments I’ve read in the political cartoons section, there are some people who obviously enjoy hanging onto anger, and appear to have let it take over their lives. Depressed people are often some of the angriest people, and anger just makes things worse. It’s OK to get angry at things, but it’s not healthy to hang onto it day after day.

Anger is a relative term, stantisfercloudinguptheissue. It is also, along with fear, the PRIMARY motivator of the right-wing populists.

If someone can profit from it, then humans will always be made afraid.

Angry I can live with. It’s stupid that’s still killing us by the tens of thousands.
