I believe Trump’s decision to deport illegal immigrants could positively impact trans people, gay men, lesbians, and women fleeing violence and coming legally to the USA. These groups could benefit from the deportation of undocumented immigrants, as undocumented immigration often overshadows their issues, even though most undocumented immigrants are safe in their country and are treated with respect and don’t face discrimination because most of them are straight men who are economic immigrants not fleeing immediate threats to their lives.

I believe the only illegal immigrants who shouldn’t be deported are gay men, lesbians, trans people and women fleeing violence.
