   Hits close to home for me too. Three years ago I had to put down my 17 year old cat Spock. One kitten and a Dalmatian puppy later and he is still sorely missed.

   I’ve taught in several private schools. My father taught in several public schools. The one thing consistent in both is parents whose children are having difficulty (behaviorally and/or learning) do not come to parent teacher conferences. You as usual are incorrect. Public education is not the problem. Private and public education face many of the same issues.

   :^) It would be nice to be able to kick back, at least then those rich whiners would have something to really cry about. Seems to me the people who can actually afford to pay taxes should just shut up and take it like the rest of us have had to. And I would love to see a list of all the jobs they have created. Want to call yourself a job creator then prove it!

    I agree the current right wing GOPs are zombies. I’m waiting for the fallout in a few years when they are held accountable and use the excuse “we were just following orders” from our corporate handlers.
