Journalists killed journalism: they find it easy and expedient to consume and regurgitate whatever they see on social media, instead of doing the hard work and actually digging up real content. Whenever an incident (accident, malicious act, etc) happens nowadays, the most circulated reports (in any media) are what the journalists see and read on the social media of the people involved: their FB posts, their tweets, even Instagram and Snapchat. No point blaming a tweeting twit – people consume all that because real source of news has dried up.

If the buyer did not exist, the seller would die off. If your forefathers had thought a wee bit of the immorality of imprisoning a human being for life and treating ‘it’ like property, this conversation would not be taking place. Fact.

Pointing at others with a ‘he does it too’ has never absolved anybody of their own guilt. Fact.
