I love Rat. He says and does the things we could not and would not. But we feel good! We say “I hope the hospital administrators read this”. Most of the other strips leave you feeling like a victim – like Ziggy. Pastis, like Schulz, is a national treasure. I wonder how many people realize just how far Pearls can go.
