I don’t see Specs as a major criminal. I see him as a little man with an ambition to make the big time, who will become the victim/patsy of bigger crooks.

The Blackhearts in Tracytown were only a branch of his operations, so we will be seeing him and his Blackhearts again.
The talk about the cops selling shrunken heads is nonsense. Human body parts would either be stored as evidence or if the head could be matched with a missing person, it would be turned over to the victim’s family. It would be a moral and probably a legal outrage to sell the heads.
