I have one scheduled for next week. The worst part is the prep. However, during my first one I did wake up and comment on how cool the video looked. I wasn’t awake for long.
I used to be a line cook back in the day, but after 40 years of not working in a professional kitchen, I don’t think I could to it again. There is speed and then there is kitchen speed. The kind of multi-tasking necessary to put on a dinner or lunch service is a little different than the multi-tasking needed to be a successful server.
The oil can get on your hand and then transfer. Don’t ask how I know this….
