I think the lettering is the same as it’s always been, but smaller. That lets more words be said at once, but doesn’t look as attractive. Once the strip gets back to a simpler topics, the font size will get back to normal :).

PS, I’m not defending drones here. I am an RC plane flyer, and I think the drone legislation is very heavy handed. But it is a two edged sword. While it leavies heavy requirements on drone owners (register with the FAA or face huge fines), it also seems to protect drone operators and their drones with the mantle of the FAA. Go figure.

A drone is a Federally protected aircraft, and local jurisdictions can’t pass laws concerning them, and local police (let alone you) can’t shoot them down – it is “sabotaging an aircraft” and the penalties are severe. And it does NOT depend on where you live, the Federal laws apply to all US residents. The FAA simply says that the manager of the airport needs to be notified. Then the drone (or rc plane) can be flown within 5 miles of an airport.

The best thing to do is whip out your smartphone, and video the drone and whatever it is doing. It is illegal to harm it, but the video will give you evidence against whoever is doing it, if the drone is involved in anything illegal. Mostly, they are harmless and innocuous.
