… due to the pandemic quarantine, people raided the libraries to use the pages from the books for toilet paper.
Once you’re done with that, I’ve got a good dozen Watchtower pamphlets stuck in my screen door you can have.
I prefer the screen. Friends will give me a paper book, and it will just sit there while I’m reading away on screen. I can change the text size and the lighting on my Nook, and library books tend to stink of cigarettes and cheap perfume.
Tie – E + finger – fin = Tiger. Hold it! OK, let it go.
That’s crap
Never thought much of Dr. Bronner’s soaps, but the labels were interesting to read.
Can anyone tell what Worm is doing in the last panel?
In the old days, when I was a kid, I used to read whatever was in the bathroom…shampoo labels, soap labels, etc.
If the next generation goes entirely online, they will never know the subtle wisdom of “Dilute! Dilute! Ok!”
Quality in reading material is important.
A world without bookstores and libraries would be horrible!
