Wow. I had a chat today (won’t name the company) and I really thought I was chatting with a person. Suddenly I was advised they/it/whatever, couldn’t confirm my identity after the company had my details prior to the chat & I was conversing via their ap after going through multiple security checks !!! Absolutely frightening.
