Saw the move `The Help. Very good. One of the characters hand wrote their manuscript and used a manual typewriter and white out for the ad copy for the local newpaper.

Twitterature: The World’s Greatest Books in Twenty Tweets or Less by Alexander Aciman and Emmett Rensin
