This is why I never have it in the house. If it’s not here, I can’t eat it. Works for cookies, cake, pie, ice cream, & soft drinks. I do make allowances and semi-exceptions, though. I buy NF or LF frozen yogurt instead of ice cream. And holidays are a license to eat.
I never have a problem with leftover Halloween candy…I always buy a candy that both my lawn care guy and I enjoy. That way if the little bas…er…kids don’t get it all Halloween it will get eaten in due time.
