Farts ARE funny — usually that is, unless there’s more to them. A good friend was recently at a therapy appointment after a shoulder injury. The therapist directed him to make a fist and push his injured arm with all the force he could muster into an inflated ball that she held. In doing so, he ripped a certified window rattler. My friend couldn’t stop laughing afterwards. He said it was as if he was still a 10 year old boy among his peers. He said that every time he calmed down and tried to continue, he broke down anew. After several tries he simply had to blow off (pun intended) the appointment. The therapist, he said, remained unperturbed and impassive during the whole proceeding. I guess she was the only adult in the room.

Giggling and farting…striving to be forever jung?

Well, it is funnier than laughing and sneezing at the same time … some say, though, it’s snot …!

Yep, that’s what we krauts believe or we wouldn’t have invented the word for the concept.
