Hmm … Phillip’s head looks like it’s kind of hexagonal – like to fit a 6-“pointed” slot/recess instead of a 4-“pointed” slot/recess.
Had a friend that commented about taking an old piece of furniture apart for a refinish and rebuild and how they prefer the old flathead screws. I never really cared for flathead screws as it is always so easy to slip whilst tightening.

I started adding orange juice to my vodka after people started telling me that I had a screw loose.
Maybe his hat is just too tight. But a screw and screwdriver that wear out … what a country.
