I hate it when the doctor asks me to bring in all the pill bottles for medications he has prescribed, but he never asks to see them. There’s no way I’m going to do that anyway.
I love when they also want to confirm my birth date. I always tell the questioner the month and day. When they ask what year, I always reply, “Every Year.”
I carry a list of medications, otc, and allergies in my wallet. Give it to the nurse when I visit the doctors office. Sometime they keep it. That’s OK, I just go home a print a new one to put in my wallet. May also be handy if I end up in an ambulance.

I take my meds with food so I think of them as the entree.

My pharmacy recently asked me to list all my meds. I told them to do it themselves, since they dispense them.

These days I take them in batches because there’s just too many to swallow all at once.

I remember some 40 years back, the PDR was about 3 inches thick. I’m guessing nowadays it looks like the Encyclopedia Britannica!
