My sister was tasked with writing her company’s sexual harassment policy. She decided to treat people like adults and wrote: “Don’t do it.” Everyone knows what it is, within reason, anyway. Micro-managing makes it easy for people to say,“well, it didn’t say…….”This was several years ago. To date, there has been no violation within the company.

I’ve yet to work for a company where the Vision statement made a lick of sense.
Why can’t they simply say “Treat customers right and make money”?
