Rule 1: Your co-workers are not your friends; they are your co-workers.

Rule 2: They will not help you because you’re stupid. They need a scapegoat.

Good heavens, who needs ‘friends!’

It took a while. First I was lost, why is this funny? Had there been a conversation about rehab and the man had said he thought rehab was stupid, so the quotes around the word stupid were because his co-workers were quoting him? Then the other comments helped me see, it’s a rehabilitation for people who are stupid. Right?

if somebody could come us with effective therapy for stupid they’d outstrip Musk in a week, ’cept that their potential clients are COMPLETELY unaware of the need.
