tHE PICTURE IS SOOOO SWEET!

Heaven is happiness and contentment, I think!

The wording reads like a screenplay…and what movie stars Red and Rover would make!

Jesus said that He was preparing, “many rooms” for us in heaven. I take that to mean that paradise will include many of those quite specific things that give individuals great pleasure, i.e..: art, music, beautiful vistas and the like. Heaven will be MUCH more than people “sitting around on clouds”. Praise God!!

Remember, traditional church teaching is that animals don’t go to heaver. So I want to go to wherever they go.

Oh, Brian….! All the summer days gone by. All the furry friends…just gone…..

Sounds better than spending eternity with my family.

Nothing more need be said.

I personally believe all dogs (pets) go to heaven; however upon a bit of research, I did find this:

The ConclusionUpon examining the scriptures we just don’t have biblical support to say this with certainty whether or not our pets will be in heaven, however it does appear that animals will exist in the Kingdom of heaven (Isaiah 11:6-9). If our pets will be resurrected or not, we just cannot say for sure. A more important question is if you, the reader, will be in heaven. It is pointless to ponder the question of whether your pet goes to heaven if you yourself are not there. The only way to be sure is to make certain you can go there. Decide today to accept Jesus Christ as your Savior and have the full assurance that you will go to heaven and receive eternal life. As for your pets being in heaven or not, the only way to find out is to go there yourself. That is my prayer for you.

I’m sticking to my original belief…

There are dogs in Heaven, Red. When that time comes (and, please, let’s not rush it!!!) Rover will be there waiting for you at the Rainbow Bridge.

That was a perfect day in a near perfect world!Of coourse there were mean kids, spelling tests and always mulitying and long division.

About pets in heaven, I believe I know they are there. The day my collie died, I Know that she visited me briefly on her way there.I didn’t know this at the time but when she came so I could see here was probably the exact moment of her passing.We had taken her to the vet but I never realised that she was that sick.

It reminds me of a Bloom County single panel with Opus dreaming. Maybe homage to its return?
