… and when Martin tries to steal a bowl, everybody know the mess he has made.

I always pick cereal based on the prize. And my mom always made me eat the cereal too. I probably still have a few quisp quapters.

Hmmmm….I don’t remember there EVER being prizes in a cereal box that wasn’t 90% sugar. This one looks like something that is masquerading as a healthy cereal. And while Rice (Krispies) isn’t really a fiber-packed cereal, it’s certainly NOT Cap’n Crunch! LOL

Back in 60s and 70s, bottom of bag wasn’t “glued” in like now. All you had to do was open the top and take bag out and look for toy and open that end.

I never opened the box from the bottom! But I did tilt the box, so the cereal would fall to one side, stick my hand down, get the prize and that was that! LOL

Why do they do it? Take nice crunchy cornflakes and then douse them with liquid so they get all soggy and disgusting?

Red! I wish I’d thought of that as a kid! But I’m old enough to remember when some toys were attached on the OUTSIDE of the cereal box.

Clever! We’d eat a whole box of cereal just to get to the prize. My mother finally instituted a rule (to keep our hands out of the boxes) that the prize belonged to whose ever bowl it landed in.

I never cared for Cracker Jacks much. I just loved the prize inside! My mom ate a lot of it!

The weight of the toy versus the weight of the cereal sadly makes this a failed method. Sometimes, the laws of gravity stink.
