poetry slam by richard thompson o, listen to the tale of johnny, whose ears are big & head is scrawny. johnny: huh? in each ear he wears six rings, great ungainly silver things. johnny: hey in his nose he's also kept 'em. six more rings right through his septum, jingle jingle jangle jingle johnny: what? he's noisy as a tamourine, a gamelan or drum machine. johnny: man and he works two jobs i'm certain- jingle jangle johnny: you, man "tower" clerk and shower curtain.
