Did Junior change clothes after little incident, when Rip revealed El Tornado’s identity? Because I seem to recall he’s been in black through out this story until now.
I’m less interested in WHY Jenkins became a supervillain than in HOW. He wasn’t exactly the most dangerous knife in the drawer. Did he have mechanical assistance or does that whole Charles Atlas workout REALLY turn you into a man?
