In 1947, Californian inventor Glenn Davis created a three wheeled car that cost only $1000 and could travel at speeds of 99.2 mph and go up to 35 miles on a single gallon of gas! Believe It or Not! James Bliemediter, age 12, of West Seneca, NY, stopped a gas pipe from exploding by using a wad of chewing gum to plug the hole until emergency workers arrived! Artist Ernest Willie of Germany returned to the US to finally complete a mural he started painting 55 years ago while he was being held as a prisoner of war at Old Fort Niagara, NY!
