In London, England, the World Memory Championships were held with competitors who can memorize 4000 digits, 400 random words and recall 52 shuffled cards in perfect order! Two of clubs... Ace of diamonds... Three of hearts... Leon Sebek of Toronto, Ont., Canada, survived after his parachute failed to open properly and he fell 9840 FT to the ground!
I looked up Leon Sebek. He didn’t fall 10,000 feet, his parachute opened prematurely and he hit the tail of the plane and was knocked unconscious. He then floated safely to the ground but it took awhile to find him as he was way off course of the intended landing site.
