A Dutch foundation for the elderly posts an obstacle course race for seniors on battery-powered electric scooters! After hurricane Charley struck Florida and destroyed his home, Donald Seitter got financial assistance from the Federal Emergency Management Agency. The check they sent him was for $1.69! Owen Orthman of Minnesota, paralyzed from the neck down, modified a crossbow so that it can be easily loaded, aimed and fired without the use of arms or legs! He fires it with his chin!
