It costs US $1.672 mail a first-class letter in Norway- the most expensive mail service in the world! Some species of bamboo can grow as fast as 3 feet a day! Titanoboa- a snake that lived in South America 58 million years ago, grew up to 50 feet in length and had a mouth large enough to swallow a crocodile- whole!

Ordered an item on-line from a US site that offered free postage anywhere in the world. Waited 10 days and followed up the order. Ask me to be patient as it was being shipped from Hong Kong and shipping usually took 30-45 days. Luckily it only took 13 days.

Re: At $1.67 to mail a first-class letter in Norway—It still beats having to carry it yourself to its destination.1

It’s been a while since I lived in Hong Kong, so I haven’t kept up on the postage rates, but when I lived there, you could send an airmail letter from HK to the US for less than the cost to mail a letter in the US to an address in the same town.

You mean one of the snake’s descendants, Tigger. An ancestor is a family member who lived before you did, such as a mother or grandfather or uncle.

Jose Jimenez would not appreciate those bamboo shoots underneath his fingernails when he is being tortured!
