Moooooahh! The average dairy cow produces over 41,000 glasses of milk per year! Allama Iqbal Open University in Islamabad, Pakistan, has a student enrollment of more than 1.8 million! Sei Wales grow to 66 feet long and swim at speeds of 30 miles per hour, to maintain their body weight, they eat nearly a ton of food daily!
Milk is for baby cows, just like the milk from a woman’s breast is for baby humans. The milk industry has done a fine job getting people to believe that you have to drink cows milk, which is basically cow pus with some calcium and a bunch of estrogen. If the calcium facade was true, all these elder milk drinking people wouldn’t be breaking their hips so easily. Casein, the main protein in cows milk, makes the human body pass most of the calcium through the urine in humans. Amaranth has twice as much calcium as cows milk which is absorbed by the body, not peed out. Stop buying into all the hype people. Do your homework.
