It has been two months since that Chinaman’s hospitalization. I wonder how he is now.

In case anybody is still wondering, the man’s name is He Yong and he was discharged from the hospital and is apparently going to be OK. Google He Yong snails. The problem was caused by parasitic worms inhabiting the snails which ended up infecting Mr, Yong (Mr. He?)

There’s also a condition which causes your blood to turn green. I forget what it’s called.

By the way, I’ve eaten silkie chicken meat before and it tasted the same to me.

back in the ’50s though, the silkie chicken, while healthier than whitey chicken, still had to ride in the back of the bus

I Don’t know about Silkies being healthier, as with all birds it depends what you feed and how you raise them. It’s really a moot point if you are trying to get more than one or two meals out a a chicken. I make a lot of real traditional Chinese and Japanese food. Silkies are scrawny birds at best, you get about 2/3 less meat from a regular hen. I buy them wholesale, and 2-1/2 Lbs single silkie runs me 5-6$ each! I buy regular frying chickens in bulk and they cost me between 1.65- 2.50 each depending on size.Silkie also cooks really fast, i usually press it or make a confit, or cook it in a wok after marinating in a spiced brine.

“Chinaman? Really? Are you that racist?”~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

How in the world is that racist? The man lives in China and was probably born there. How can anyone making a comment be considered a racist?I live in America and I was born here. Does that make someone who makes a comment about my American roots a racist?

I read about someone who turned a distinctive shade of orange after drinking a vegetable drink containing carrot juice for several weeks.

From my research on dinosaurs, it seems that some were warm-blooded and some were cold-blooded. It depended on the species.
