Can that be correlated with why we scream when in intense pain? Does screaming really do any good?

If the approximate 5000-year-old tree’s location is secret, how do they know the tree’s age?

That Marquesas Island wedding tradition would not be so popular in Samoa.

It’s a shame that the 5000 yo tree’s location has to be kept secret to preserve it. Who would kill a tree? Well, they are out there. Look up the Treaty Oak in Austin, TX. An ex-con poured a poison around the tree to impress his meth-counselor, who he was “in love” with. The oak barely survived, how a third of it’s original size.

It happens rarely, but this time, Ripley’s is wrong. The world’s oldest tree is 9,550 years old and it’s location is not a secrethttps://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2008/04/080416104320.htm

Maria Sharapova is really good at the grunting part, every time I watch her play it drives me crazy when she does it, it’s so annoying! LOL!

In martial arts, we kihap when we strike. Same premise. Plus, it tightens the solar plexus to withstand a punch or strike. Grunts, kihaps, battle cries, etc., all serve the same purpose. Sudden exhalation of air adds power to the strike.

Unless it is a custom that is no longer observed and we are using past tense, I would say that the guests “lie” face down.

I stopped watching women’s tennis when they started grunting. There is a fig tree in Santa Barbara that was alive in 1492. It stopped the construction of the 101 for decades because they had to work around it.

That bristlecone pine is protected because a doofus once cut one down and took to his lab to study and discovered that it was over 5000 years old and that he had killed the oldest living thing on the face of the earth.
