In order to have fish, there had to be an ozone and an atmosphere that’s warm enough. In order to have an atmosphere, there had to be something producing CO2. If there really were no trees…?
Francis Scott Key never wrote another song afterwards, yet the National Anthem has been a best-seller for over 200 years! This make Mister Key the original “one trick pony”!
Section 9. Whoever plays, sings or renders the ‘’Star Spangled Banner’’ in any public place, theatre, motion picture hall, restaurant or caf?, or at any public entertainment, other than as a whole and separate composition or number, without embellishment or addition in the way of national or other melodies, or whoever plays, sings or renders the ‘’Star Spangled Banner’’, or any part thereof, as dance music, as an exit march or as a part of a medley of any kind, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars.
Based on the way the law is written it is apparently the person that plays it as dance music that is subject to penalty, not the person dancing to the playing of it.
So technically it is not illegal to dance to the Star-Spangled Banner in Massachusetts, but it is illegal to play it as dance music.

The music for our national Anthem was an English drinking song long before the poem was written.

They forgot to mention Muriel worked there. As for the Mass. law; I’ll bet that gets enforced a lot.
