Speaking of mermaids, do you know why Ariel wore seashells?

Wouldn’t you expect it to be ‘womantees’?

There was a time when I couldn’t understand how something the size of a manatee could be confused for some kind of woman, but today I just have go to Walmart to see the “mermaids.”

I think the rum ration was a wee bit too much!

If I remember right,Manatees are restricted to certain sections of Florida and like to hang out around warm power plant intakes.

I was lucky enough to see a bunch them in shallow water in Naples, Fla.

Do the million include separate cels representing the same bubble?

If Manatees were mistaken for mermaids, mermaids must have been really ugly!!!

I wonder how many of those bubbles contain sexually explicit images (which is apparently in many classic Disney movies – X Rated easter eggs)

If mermaids are common across cultures, are flying women (any creature, from angels to harpies) also common across many cultures? Just curious. It seems to make sense (?), if we commonly envision humanoid creatures inhabiting the water, we should also envision humanoid creatures of the air.

Mermaids are part of almost every culture? Certainly not Mongolia, Nepal, Sahara, etc, etc…

Guess if you’ve been out to sea too long, your eyes play tricks.
