The first time I ever skated, I was clinging to the wall until my dad walked out on the rink and helped me until I could do it without help.

first time I skated I was 10 or 11. it was on a shallow pond that was starting to melt on top. It was hard to do and if you fell down you got pants or knees wet. Never been to a rink.

I guess it’s a hockey fix if you get drugged to the arena
