Peekaboo: It's obvious the judges are unimpressed by my performance...
Peekaboo: But in my defense...it's been a hectic day...
Peekaboo: And I didn't have much time to rehearse.
Cats like to perch on high places so they can have a good vantage point. It comes from all those years as predators. Give her a scratching post with a platform on topfor her to perch.
This little white thing here on my avatar does the exact same thing. She likes to get rid of the clutter. And yes, she’s broken some stuff but that’s part of having a cat. Since she’s deaf, I have to point and she knows she’s not supposed to be up there and gets down.
Peekaboo needs her own table or cat post placed where she can look out of a window. Cats love looking out of a window and being in up high. If she got up there looking for a drink of water, then she isn’t being taken care of properly. I don’t see anything about that table that would interest her if she had fresh water and a window to look out of. I have had cats all my life.
I think it is time for her to become an outside kitty! that’s what we did when mine got destructive and now she loves it! she has become a mighty huntress!
Peekaboo is like my Gracie, she’s part scientist. Push it of the table and see if gravity still works. She also has to check the toilet to make sure the water drains properly.

they really need a dog. One with manners that really dislikes cats

She’d just turn her nose up to it like she does her cat food.

Peekaboo should be ’book’ed for wanton destruction of property.

“You can’t tell a book by its cover.” You can’t tell Peekaboo anything.

“Practice makes perfect,” but Peekaboo doesn’t need practice.

maybe they should just give peekaboo a flying lesson. Seems to work with most of the critters I have dealt with.

That mess looks very familiar. As if my happy lab just came through and swiped every surface clean with her tail. :0)

our cat has class. only the slightly moved object or occasional foot print near the sink ever gave her counter-prowling away.

You CAN train a cat….but only to a certain extent. Mine will occasionally scratch off limit places and then go to their scratching posts.

You don’t like Peekaboo? Don’t read this strip, then.

I have 2 cats, and I learned a long time ago not to put breakables where they can knock them over.

Problem is the little dope has no idea why they’re angry with her. Just like the little darling in my avatar my cat Macushla. But we love them anyway.

I agree with Joel Ivy. Get a dog and get rid of the stupid cat.

Susie Schroeder, that phrase seems to be your only mantra: “Stupid Cat”. Did a cat hurt you as a child?

My well-mannered dog was like a brother to my cat. Played together, slept together, and fought off intruders together.
