Inside the house, you mean, of course. No kitten, puppy, or human should be out in the snow like that. (raccoons are prepared for it, unless they come from “over the hedge”)

i know this is an indoor/outdoor cat, but in this weather? they don’t even have a barn, for heaven’s snakes.
