Now the fun begins

A disturbance in the Force, no doubt.

Years ago we had a squirrel in our home. We didn’t see him, but noticed just little, subtle differences (like, the cat food seemed to go faster). We had 2 cats, and neither of them seemed bothered about it. I still remember the night I woke up in the middle of the night & felt one cat on one foot, and what I thought was the paw of the other cat on the other foot. At the same time my husband felt the other cat on his further foot, and what HE thought was the paw of my cat on his near foot. We actually found squirrel fur on the blanket! That little bugger was sleeping on the bed…between the 2 cats! We finally found him napping under a hat on our table, and escorted him out.

This is a promising storyline.

I have an outside cat and I sit out with him all summer in the gazebo when it is too hot to do anything. One day a squirrel comes hopping up and all of a sudden notices the cat. Lucky for him the cat didn’t notice him. It was just like panel 3.

i find it interesting that the cat is confusing the smell from squirrel with the odor of the dust stirred up from the carpet

Time for Peekaboo to go on the hunt for a certain squirrel.

Our squirrels stay outside where they are raptor fodder.

Is that Murray? He seems to be the usual squirrel in trouble.

It’s been awhile since we had a good fusty!
