This reminds me of my Mom who once enjoyed her garden and potting flowers. Can remember how she and a red wing black bird would exchange whistles back and forth when she hung out the wash during the spring and summer. Miss those moments. Saved this to favorites.
One entire fenceline in my ’back 40" (truth:10 acres) is full of Honeysuckle. Absolutely divine to be riding/working out there. The aroma is genuinely intoxicating :D
For the second year now care of the acre and a half of grass, trees, and other growing things… and the lovely things that nature puts out in the middle of the lawn, and other places, is beautiful too!

In south Texas, the equivalent of summery bliss occurs from March to May. Then comes hotter ’n hades weather.
