Apparently Armstrong is too ideology-driven to accept that occasionally (at least) making your employees feel good most often increases productivity, and, in its stress-relief effect, tends to reduce health costs in terms of chronic illnesses and absenteeism. Not to mention that personal selfishness and greed tend to dry us up like an old prune. Scrooge Armstrong! Let him put some coal in that furnace!

Hhmmm… assuming 5 days per week and no vacations, that works out to about 11 ounces per day.
That is pretty sloppy.
