as for me….my heart and brain have faired far worse than my spine….I haven’t done anything special with it in years
And Brain and Heart suddenly understood they were doomed.
Been there, done that: surgery on both knees, right carotid artery and triple bypass surgery. Age 74. Be well my friends.
Pain at 30 or 40 is not normal. There are solutions, but it takes some research and experimentation to find what works for your particular body. Don’t give up.
TIL – my spinal column is actually a stack of marshmallows with thumbs.

Lower the seat at your drawing table. Counterintuitive? Well, yes. But take the word of an old, and I mean OLD, jewelry designer/jeweler; it’ll help.
