Let's start over, okay? Earlier... Now, just be honest in this job interview. Oh. Wow. Really?
Those are all the standard questions to ask, and I avoid asking them. I hate the feeling of potential power over job applicants, and imagine I am interviewing myself. It doesn’t always work. One of my bosses got off on the power trip, and never hired people who lasted.
