Wasn’t the “Taiwan-On” the name of a popular serviceman’s bar in Taiwan/Formosa?

I don’t picture Leopold drinking martinis in a bar. I see him doing boilermakers (a shot with a beer chaser).

It doesn’t take much to get Travis tipsy… it goes straight to his head!

How does Travis KNOW the bar is smelly?
