Probably is. So why, when I see Roz’s Roost, do I think of the Klingon mantra, “Today is a good day to die”?

…just thought of this…

Maybe Roz’s Roost is not open for business yet or has already closed for the night.

I remember working my first job in drive-through fast food. I coworker was cleaning up the front “stand” that morning where the burgers & fries were cooked. We didn’t open for another 3 hours. All the equipment (Fryer, Grill, etc.) were out in the drive through lane, unplugged and with soap on them and supplies stacked everywhere. We clearly were not open for business. A lady drives past the traffic cones that blocked the lanes, upon which were signs indicating that we were closed and at what time we opened.

“May I help you?” asked my co-worker.

“I’d like a cheeseburger, fries and a small Pepsi” was her reply.

Without missing a beat, the co-worker finds a clean spot on the grill, pulls out a meat patty, slaps it on the cold, unplugged grill that was right in front of the lady’s car and said, “OK; that’ll be about three hours…”

“Oh! I’m sorry. I can’t wait that long” was her reply and she drove off.

Oh, the idiot parade that constantly streams through Southern California…

Shes having her hot flashes again.
