If she thought that was bad. She should try reading some military manuals. I still remember my Petty Officer’s 3 & 2, and Petty Officer’s 1 & Chief course books. They could put someone to sleep inside three paragraphs, four at the most. The Navy must have had a contest to find the most dry and boring writers possible.
