There are several academic papers that deal with “senior” dating, and most of them make zero sense. My favorite held that “older men offer no hope of maturity or change” and that “the potential for growth is nil.” My second favorite was “Men without property or substantial savings are of less interest to women of the same age group.” I was talking to a friend about this and she said that “Unless a man has a zing it isn’t even worth getting to know him.”
Now it seems that while “senior” women outnumber “senior” men the standards and requirements have changed radically, and neither the men nor the women really grasp the changes— and only see their side of the issue.
