Yah… you live longer… but it needs to be in Moderation. And not to eat it all in one big lump. Spread it around a little! How about Roasted Garlic Smear on breakfast Toast just before the Eggs or Avocado? Or… Garlic French Bread doctored up to become Pizza? Toss a little garlic in the Mashed Potatoes! Don’t forget the soups and chili as well! (Anyone else getting hungry?)

Was filling in for a teller at a bank when a little old man came to my window which was set up where I had to lean forward to speak with him. He’d had a garlic lunch and I had to pull back so I could breathe.

We have a bin full of elephant garlic that came from our old garden. Not a true garlic, but tasty in its own way.

I think i would take the garlic over a former co-worker’s peanut butter and sardine sandwiches! We told him he had to eat those in his office with the door closed!
