I still have 6 pack abs. They’re just covered by about 2 inches of insulation

No, Cosmo never had a six-pack of anything except Coke and beer.

OK Cosmo, now it’s time for some chin-ups. Then lets see you do maybe 5 push-ups. We know that you are strong enough to pickup a mug of ale. But lets see what else you can do?

If only it was as easy to take off weight as it is to take off a fanny pack.

Only in America is that item called a fanny-pack. In the real English-speaking world, a “fanny” is crude/dirty slang for a woman’s private anatomy. That word is never used in polite company.
