What does a bunch of Lions have to do with Fall?

I can’t tell whether I’m comething or goething…

That must be when lions gather around Livingstones statue.

Nowadays Pride goeth before July. Amirite or amirite? Crazy kids today.

Why is that ALWAYS misquoted?

For some, the fall doesn’t come quickly enough. . .but then again, a long slow wretched decline is often most enjoyable for those of us watching. . .

Autumn leaves and winter follows.

Alcohol often comes before a fall.

Arriving at your autumn years makes falls more likely.

Isn’t it “pride goeth before a fall”?

If pride necessarily goeth before a fall, does that mean that I can avoid falling down by avoiding lions?
