The pleasantness of the evening news…..

Why did I know without seeing the last panel that it would be a blond? Lived in AZ and everytime they replaced a women newsperson…it was always a blond!

Does she break the “fifth” wall with her are reaching through the TV set in the last panel?

Is it just me, or does her body extend outside of the TV at the bottom (arm)?

It looks like her body continues into the TV support and her arm becomes the cables.

I guess with Muffy, cute body and all, the mute button gets used quite a lot.

Muffy is really saucy.

That’s about the size of it.

We got the bubble-headed bleach blonde who comes on at five / she can tell you ’bout the plane crash with a gleam in her eye . . .

Evening news?

Nobody’s even trying to even things.

Strange how the tv stand and wires look like an extention of her body.

She’s a dead-on caricature of the iconic Interchangeable Fox news blonde bimbo.

When the chips are down, Muffy rises to the occasion.

I like her, she’s actually telling the truth!

Isn’t Muffy a sexist name now?

Why is her arm sticking out below the TV?
