I wonder why after the litany of warnings at the end of those commercials we don’t know what the product actually treated but if we can remember the name we told to “ask your Doctor about such & such.”
I knew someone who when he retired, bought a reclining chair and a big screen TV. He parked himself in front of it and watched until the drool came out of his mouth. He was dead in 5 yrs.
I heard that the incoming administration may try to do away with these commercials. Other countries don’t have them. But it may not be constitutional to stop them.
I read somewhere that, with those medicine ads, a lot of viewers are actually impressed by the lists of side effects, apparently seeing them as proof of their potency. My own impression is always “Ewww! Who would want to try that?”

It is annoying that even some paid streaming services have ads, paying for subscription is enough no need for ads

I really don’t like those ads, but I’m glad that as of now, I don’t need any of their products.

Somewhere in there should be a cure. Or perhaps a lessening of the problem.

Ads covering the entire page. I will be finding another site. This one is far too difficult.

There is a special place in Heck for all advertisers. They will be forced, for eternity, to do nothing but watch their own commercials.
