..I just can’t let this go…the bill is over 300 pages..but the problem is that most parts of the bill amends other laws..it was the direct result of 9/11…not Bill Clinton,and was passed with few members of congress not ever reading it,let alone studying it…@#%^ troll making think before coffee..
