The startup I worked for sold software components (you don’t need to know what that is to understand the story). We always sent two sales people to the big companies who might be interested in our stuff: One person wore the gender-appropriate equivalent of a suit and tie, and used an electronic overhead projector to present the business case to the mahogany row denizens. The other wore jeans and a plain shirt and used an easel and a pad of blank newsprint which he drew on, to sell to the folks who would actually be using the components. It was a very successful technique.
This is how we’ve always done it. vs Why show the same results with $3 worth of materials, when wee can spend thousands on technology, to show the same thing ?

A good statistician can prove or disprove anything using the same statistics. It all depends on who’s footing the bill.

I still se pie charts on Twitter, web pages, etc. But not on easels. But then, how do you get an easel on Twitter?

Um, if they are the only one, shouldn’t they be the BIG piece of pie?
